Hunter Douglas plantation shutters were ordered in January. They were defective, stained from handling. Don ordered new shutters but did not order frames. Shutters came in March. Frames arrived in May. Install was poorly done/ mitre edges do not fit, light is coming in from all sides. Shutters do not line up with eachother top, bottom or in middle. Don has not responded to my many requests for customer rep information to deal with Hunter Douglas directly.

Took payment in full on promise to complete the total installation, citing missing parts from dealer that would come shortly. Never heard from him again. Failed to acknowledge or respond to my calls requesting missing parts. Would strongly advise against using this company. Have reported to dealer as well.
