As the business grew we started to see a strong need for the residential consumer to have access to a professional grade carpet cleaner. This lead me to years of experience and education from attending classes held by the IICRC, which enabled us to learn the industry standard.

We used Encore for cleaning of tile flooring in our kitchen. They were on time and courteous, however did not do a very good job. The floor was still visibly dirty places immediately after cleaning. We used a swiffer on one area and immediately had significant dirt on the pad. I understand that jobs cannot all be perfect, but when I called back to voice my concerns, I was initially met with a lack of responsiveness. I had no problems getting them on the phone to schedule an appointment, but after telling them about the suboptimal job, and being promised a call back, it took 3 days and multiple

I would like to give a 5 star rating to Omar. This young man did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He actually got a stain out of my carpet that a previous carpet cleaner claimed that he could not. I think I can make it a little while longer during the pandemic before I change out my floor because Omar has my carpet looking brand new.

This company was listed on thumbtack as a general contractor, so I engaged their services to have a wall in my home repaired. initially I had second thoughts because the price they quoted me was much higher than it should have been, however the turnaround time they promised was very fast, and I needed the work done badly.
In the end, the work took three times as long as they said it would, and it was never actually finished properly. I'm sure they do a fine job with carpets, but that doesn't make what happened to me any less irritating or borderline fraudulent.
I would sooner recommend lighting

I decided to go with a local Mom and Pop service to support the locals. The cleaning crew showed up at my house at the scheduled time but hit my mailbox and ran over my flowers trying to back into the driveway. Encore owner Mike was rude and very discourteous towards me and did not fix my mail box. I had to call 911 and needless to say I did not have my carpet cleaned. Very dissatisfied with the professionalism of this company and the owner. Mike, the owner was even rude and doubtful of the sheriff, when they reached out to discuss the matter with him. Just had my carpets cleaned by this amazing company yesterday! When I first had them come in I was only getting my 2 main rooms done, But once that was completed and I more than satisfied, I just went ahead and added my 4 other rooms in and Had my kitchen tile flooring done! the guys were very friendly, fast and knowledgeable about what they were doing, I will never use another service again! Thank you guys for your awesome work! and Ill be seeing you all soon!
