Went by this business and couldn't get in to discuss a quote due to COVID19, which we totally understand. The guy came out and took our information, including the type and size shutters we wanted. It's been over 3 weeks and we haven't heard a word from them. We tried contacting them via phone and email and still no response. If they're too busy or overwhelmed to work with us that's fine, but a phone call to let us know would have been appreciated.

Austin and his people are fantastic. 5 years ago they installed a motorized sun shade the entire length of our home which backs up to the intracoastal here in Vero Beach. We had an issue and contacted them. They promptly came over and made the fix at no cost. Nice people, excellent quality and great installers.

After an extensive review of multiple firms and their product offerings I hired Palm Coast Shutters to fabricate and install a combination of Bahama shutters and hurricane fabric panels on our home in Vero. My wife and I had the home custom built, and it was designed to be well above code requirements. We were interested in taking opening protection to the next step. But during planning and construction we did not seem to arrive at a plan with the general contractor and architect that ticked all the boxes. So, we decided to tackle the project after we had been in the house for a bit.

Austin and his staff all were awesome to work with from start to finish. They kept us informed on the progress of our order. Austin was very helpful in all steps with getting our measurements to all of the windows and gave full instructions on installation due to we installed our shutters ourselves since we were not in their installation area. I would highly recommend Palm Coast Shutters.

Palm Coast Shutters just completed installing 14 accordion hurricane shutters to our home. Installment was neat and clean. The installation crew was strictly business. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They left our home in the same way when they arrived. After the job was completed they went over every window and made sure everything worked well and to my satisfaction. We looked into many other companies in the local area and found it to be that Palm Coast Shutters made a better and stronger product.
