The initial experience was fine until my contractor noticed a week later that we were missing a pallet of pavers of a certain size - which turned out to miscalculation by GSH rep. Knowing nothing about it and annoyed, I went back in person asking for an explanation. The manager was rude and denied all responsibility and claimed I was responsible for the incorrect calculation when I paid for it - which is a joke since most of us have no idea when doing something like this for first time. Given the customer support I’d just find another supplier. Another negative was that they charge a separate

I would give 5 stars for staff personel, but 0 star sor the morning manager. I had orderred paver with delivery. After unload the palates, i've learned there are broken pavers. I came back to the store to report the issue. The associate said he will talk to his mannager. He talked to the manager in spanish right behind the counter. Unprofesional!!! The manager don't even said a word or look at me even though he was in front of me just right behind the counter. His associate said there is nothing they can do. I felt bad for his associate doing all the work for his pathetic unprofesional boss.
