My husband has had 2 major strokes since 2017. We have been through other Home Health Agencies for PT/OT/ST and Nurse: VCP, Novel, Klarus and 1 other that was so horrible I don’t remember the name. BUT- Everyone at Good Samaritian has been so helpful! They answer questions quickly and the PT/OT folks are the best. As my husband told the PT: You’re the first PT to tell me I’m improving!” True and makes him want to work harder!

You gave help than you take them away.why did you take them away? The person that you gave did a good job. She is a good friend. She did the thing that offers.

They lack in integrity & honesty. They said they would get someone to give my Dad shower, no one showed up. Now they say tomorrow. Not acceptable to me. I will report them to whomever I need to, if they do not come today. They need to hire good help. I have lost my trust in them.

I had paperwork faxed from medicaid caseworker to them and then I was suppose to have them come out for an evaluation. I called them and they insisted they never got the paperwork and the medicaid caseworker even got a call from a person saying they got the paperwork. She could not make out the name of the person or what the name was on the answering machine. Probably nigerian or with an accent. So unprofessional. They even got rude when I was asking them about the paperwork a couple of times. Duh. You said you got it and now you dont even know where it its. Embeciles................... :(
