Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Something blew off the trailer of one of their trucks and cracked my windshield. I have emailed three different people within the company, including the person the driver of the truck recommended I speak to. I do not appreciate being ignored; VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I worked there 2005-2006 and 2008-2012. I enjoyed working there and as other drivers had posted a GREAT place to work. The owner Derek is a fair man to work for and he had an open door policy. I left the company the 1st time because of unforeseen issues with me and Derek rehired me back in 2008. In 2012 I left again because I was given custody of my 8 year old son and I could not be an OTR. Transway does have good and well maintained equipment.

Hopefully you wont ever get behind one of these drivers, as one almost caused a multi car pileup on I-20 east bound at 6:40 am on 4/1/2019. Myself and multiple other cars included. The driver was towing a large empty trailer with the plate of 3079PT with 191 painted on the back of the trailer, he was only doing 55-60 mph and the traffic usually goes about 75-80 at that time in the morning, without warning, I see from two cars back that his braking very suddenly with no traffic in front of him, no cars attempting to merge into his lane, I assume he must have been upset that he was being followed

I've been driving here since 2002. Great company to drive for. I quit once for a short time and then returned. Sure I've had my differences from time to time but I'm a trucker and you'll have that sometimes. One thing for sure I've never had to worry about money or paying my bills. About 6 years ago I had a serious illness and this company bent over backwards to insure that I never missed a Dr appointment. Very good freight lanes and miles. Always busy.

At approximately 4:50 p.m. on October 31, 2013, my car - a black 2013 diesel Jetta - was struck from behind by Transway Transport truck number 295 just west of E494/N100 interchange. Travelling at a very low speed (perhaps between 2 and 5 mph), 295 struck my car several times, pushing it towards the car in front of mine.

I immediately rolled down the window and began gesturing for the Transway driver to pull off to the shoulder, per state law. While the driver continued to ignore me (and my flashing lights), I pulled off to the right shoulder, at which point several other drivers rolled down
