Welding machine was here for over a month and half for a repair .. they have plenty of excuse to hit u with from blaming the mechanic not being there to blaming kholer for not getting back to them ... at the end of the day they where not able to diagnose nothing .. all they say is dont worry will get back to u first thing Monday morning 😂😂😂

Scam, scam, scam.. I dropped off a Honda eu2000i on Friday, that I purchased from there because it would not start, and was still under warranty. I haven’t owned it for very long and has very low hours.They took it to the back and tried to diagnose the problem. They told me it was the on/off switch and it would be covered under warranty. They then asked me for a $50 deposit (not sure why when it’s warranty?). I specially told them not to do any work other than the warranty work. I was told it would be done the following Tues/Wednesday. I never received a call, so I called them on Thursday just

Not too good, very high prices and very unknowledgeable people. Got the wrong part , so had to go back to get the right part and it cost more money of course. She didn't bother to look up the serial number until after I went back the second time and lo and behold, this unit is 3 years older than they thought it was. They just assumed it was a 2014 since we bought it in 2014. We all know what happens when you ASSUME something. Wouldn't be so bad if I was local but this is the only place that has my particular mower parts and it's an hour and a half round trip for me to come down here for the wrong

Terrible customer service! Bought a large deflector kit for FS240R and it was the wrong part. Tried for a month to get the owner to take the product back and get me the proper part.......not gonna happen, I give up! Now I'm stuck with $40 part that's useless. Do not use these people! Save yourself the headache and go to someone who cares about their customers because these people DO NOT! I even told them when I come in to pick up the right part that I was going to purchase there best backpack blower and a chainsaw, that obviously made no difference. USE SOMEONE ELSE!

A great place to buy and/or service lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, weed eaters, hedge trimers, and more. Lots of service parts, oils, safety equipment, and accessories. I bought a chain saw and a generator from them. The technician was very knowledgeable on the products and explained the proper use and maintenance. Even serviced, tested and filled the gas on my products. The prices were fair. I was impressed to write this review because of the great customer service experience I had. You will not get this service at any big box store. I am in no way affiliated with the company or its employees
