My semi was stuck in dirt with a 42,000lbs trailer connected. The guy who showed up was very helpful and did everything he could to get me out. After a few failed attempts the last maneuver we tried I was able to get out of the dirt. Thanks for all the help.

Dave was excellent! Professional and showed up earlier than Life360 said they would arrive. Checked to make sure we really needed a tow to save us the expense if we didn’t have to tow. When do you see that! I will save their number in my contacts list in case I ever need a tow again.

They had me sitting here for 4 hours saying the tow truck would arrive at 6pm and i called at 6 and they said he was in dallas and then i called again and they said he was not sure of the ETA and then i called at 7:30 and asked about the ETA once agian and they just said their tow truck was down but had knowin since the beginning very unprofessional to have me waiting on 285 for hours

We need our RV 5th wheel moved down a steep driveway. We’ve called several company that could not help us but still charged us. I called Myles Wrecker Service, the owner was polite and very helpful. First of all no longer than a 35 min wait when it usually takes about 2 hours for any other tow rather its car or commercial...Shaun was very helpful not just in towing but with advice and good knowledge about issues with my Dump truck...Very professional and excellent customer service...Thanks again

Ran into this company dropping off a unit for my service department. I had a 5500 that needed a tow and was too tall to go on a flat bed. Sean gave me card and said call it in. I spoke with dispatch and 5 min later it was on the truck and headed to it's destination. These guys are great.

I used Myles today to tow my car and I have to say that this was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had, with any company. They called me back quickly, got to my house one time and deliver my car to the destination with no issues. I will use them again if I need a tow and I highly recommend that anyone in need of a tow give them a try.

Myles Wrecker Service was great, Brad was our operator and he was nothing but professional, courteous, and patient with myself as well as my family. He recognised that our RV was our home and made sure to take special care of our home on wheels. Brad continued to keep us informed throughout the whole process from pickup to drop off. I highly recommend their service.
