With sizes ranging from as small as 18" x 18" x 18" all the way to our largest oven which allows us to do everything from aircraft fuselages to car, truck and motorcycle frames as well as structural parts and industrial equipment. We run our ovens all day long, and strive to maintain a 5 working day or less turn around.

Services
Powder coating is a process where a finely ground powder is sprayed at very low pressure from an electrically charged gun onto a bare part that is grounded. The gun is charged From 10kv-100kv to give the particles a very high electrical charge. The particles of powder are instantly drawn to the part, adhering to the charged surface.
In fact, we pretty much will powder coat anything that can withstand the 400 degree curing temperature. Immediate delivery - Did you powder coater leave you hanging? We offer overnight service for anything. Need it tomorrow? CALL US! We are open from 8am until 5:30 pm daily, and we work 24 hours if needed to get the job done.

Perfect alt to new wheels. The team at Springfield powder coating was very responsive and attentive. Short drive from sgf (behind Lambert’s) and 24 hours later — Wow. Very affordable alternative to replacing stock wheels with after-mrkt. Mark Lewellen and his team did awesome. Very pleased with the final result.

I have been wanting to get my wheels powder coated for awhile now and I know alot of people that have went here and have had a great experience. I wasn't disappointed. The customer service was great. I had been in contact with them through messenger and anytime I had a question they were quick to respond. They even responded on Sunday when they weren't even working. When I got there I was greeted by a friendly staff who were all very helpful and personable. There was a small issue with the color orginally and one of their employees Michael even came back to work to meet me after hours just to make

I took 2 implement wheels to SPC that were approximately 48 years old. They hade begun to rust and had two different colors of spray paint on them.
The capable and friendly staff sandblasted and powder coated the wheels to original John Deere yellow. They look brand-new!!!
I'm very happy with their work and fees.

Great place and good service, with a friendly owner and co-workers. I occasionally bring small parts to have them painted. I am pretty sure they make very little money, if any at all, from what they do for me, as setups and color changes are time consuming and expensive. Sometimes it takes a week or so to work my parts in, but considering the quality and service, this is understandable. They appear to do high volume work, so I appreciate their willingness to take my smaller jobs.
