I've dealt with a lot of Marketing Agencies. Most of them give you the same cookie cutter pitch. Digitopia has by far been the most professional and knowledgeable. There is no BS with them. So, I have a couple of issues that I deal with consistently. First off, I feel like I have a ton of content and "tools" but with no real strategy or concise way of implementing and tracking their use. Second, whenever I speak to agencies about these problems, the typical response is "product" based from my standpoint. In other words, they want market or do SEO as another tool, as opposed to develop a cohesive strategy and framework to support the underlying tools and tactics.
