Swedish Massage - The goal of Swedish massage is to relax the whole body. Light to medium pressure is used to ease tension and stiffness, improve circulation, remove toxins and increase flexibility. Following an invigorating Body Polish you will be covered with moisturizers & essential oils and wrapped in a warm cocoon while you enjoy a sedating face & scalp massage. Great for hydrating your skin and pain relief. Dry brushing gently exfoliates while improving the health of your skin leaving you with a beautiful glow.

Beverly is a very professional and talented masseuse. She listens to what you want and is works on those things plus she always would find areas that needed some extra love that I didn’t even realize needed it. I was so thankful to be living in the area during my second pregnancy, and it was always so wonderful to feel some relief and relaxation after her massages. I wish I still lived nearby!
