As a business we have been using services from AvarTec for some time now. As you know, when IT issues arise, there is typically little warning. This means you have a problem that needs to be solved without notice. AvarTec has always been there for us to solve our IT issues. Not only do they always solve the problem for us, but they do it in a timely manner and at a competitive price.

With AvarTec managing everything, we never think about systems...they just run.
The measure of a great IT company is in how much you need to work with them. With AvarTec, I don't even know they're there. They manage all of our machines, antivirus, helpdesk, etc.
They've handled our IT for over three years. In that time, I've needed to contact them only a handful of times---usually due to new hire installation/configuration.
On the rare occasion that we have needed to contact them, the experience has been outstanding

AvarTec, has been on target with every request that I have had for them.
Matt is very responsive and Alyssa is out standing in continued customer support. Every time I have called them their response time was less than 5 minutes and the fix was immediate and effective.
The AvarTec Inc. will be my Managed service company for a long time.

AVARTEC has been our IT company since the early 2000's when we started to grow. They have helped us progress with all our networking and hardware needs, not to mention security with our valuable customer information. Even during a holiday week, when returning to work and needing IT help, someone was available. Their personable approach to doing business has turned them into our main support team for the future.

AvarTec truly understands their client's needs. I have moved offices (their wiring experts are awesome), I use their virus software - it is great and for monitoring so you become aware of an issue before the system goes down - they can't be beat. If you find IT is not the best use of your time (or like me, don't really grasp the ins and outs of it) this is the company for you. They are dedicated to doing it right and have great customer service!

Jim and his team are great to work with. Avartec set us up with a cloud based, file sharing program so everyone in my company can see and access the same files.
We thought we had an issue so I emailed Troy. Within a few minutes he called, I shared my screen and he showed me where the hidden file was. He also added it to the desktop and pinned it to the toolbar so it will never be hidden again.
Very pleased with their customer service!
