I left a voicemail on a Thursday evening and by Friday morning, Al had called me back and scheduled a house call for that same day.

Super experience. Al Jr , helped to diagnose the problem on the phone to isolate the issue and prevent an unnecessary service call. Once the issue was determined a same day service call with a excellent tech fixed the problem .
I was really impressed with the operation from start to finish. The feedback, communication, execution and service were second to non.

Very good customer service. I called and spoke to the manager, he was very friendly and took care of my problem. Did my payment over the phone and a couple of days later they came with the part and took care of my dryer.

Professionalism was excellent. Repairman was extremely helpful to explain all issues and the repairs. Follow up was quick with the replacement part and the company provided great up to date electronic notification of arrival time and part .Primary Service gee was more than I expected but went to full repair total and problem was completely resolved. I've used AG a couple of times now and I must say, if you are accustomed to the generally irresponsible nature of Miami businesses, AG will be a shockingly pleasant surprise. In fact, you'll almost feel like you're living in Germany because not only do they show up, they call in advance, are very tech savvy, and know what they're doing. And when they're finished, they put a little magnetic business card on your appliance so when it goes down again you don't have to go looking for who to call. You call AG and you relax because they know how to run a business.

Guy I spoke to was rude and had a bad attitude. They charge $100 just to come assess the issue with your appliance. A new dishwasher cost $400, how does it make sense to charge a client $100 simply to assess what is wrong with the appliance? Just booked an appointment with another company and they charge $60. This company is a rip off, stay away.

The technician was suppose to come at 8:30 am and never came. We called to ask what time the technician was coming. Angelica "the manager" answered the phone call. She said she called us but we never received a phone call. I asked her for the number she had in the system and it was INCORRECT. Then she says that I have the incorrect phone number. How the hell do I not know my own phone number?!?! She then says the call is breaking up changes the number in the system, calls me back on my ACTUAL number and now says," this is the number we had in the system." Lying and deceiving

Our dryer broke on the weekend and I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and the company calls about 20 minutes before the service technician arrives to let you know they're on their way. The service technician, Luis, arrived on time, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to repair. I wish all service in Miami was like this. I will definitely call again with any repair needs. Thank you!

I wish I could express how rude and money hungry this company is beyond the scope of words written in this review. They are the absolute worse company I have every dealt with. They are one of two authorized service repair company for LG in miami. They rushed out there tech for a $75 inspection of the unit. The tech was here for 2 minutes and said the compressor needed to be replaced, while you can clearly hear the compressor functioning. He said ooh it is the valve, but we need to change the compressor, condenser, filter drier and fittings. I asked why would you need to change the all these

Carlos the technician was awesome. He knew exactly what to do to fix my refrigerator. A Gonzalez contacted me immediately after I called my service plan. They set up a time I had to cancel day of and reschedule, they were very accommodating. I am thrilled to find a company where everyone was professional and know what they are talking about. - LG fridge shows ER FF message on display.
- Upper part of fridge is not cooling, freezer is OK
- Check the internet, defect is a fan in the freezer compartment. Fan motor can be bought for $40 online.
- But attempting self repair (which can lead to disaster), went on to call LG Service, they recommend Gonzalez.
- Called Gonzalez, very nice gentleman listened to my report, agreed that the fan is bad, offered to order for overnight delivery, but would charge $75 when the repair person showed up to confirm that the fan was actually the problem. That $75 could be applied to total repair

Seems to be more interested in the $75 fee to "inspect" your appliance than fixing it.
Do not waste your time . Terrible service and wants to replace practically every part and piece in the appliance to charge you more or could be because they do not know what's really wrong with the appliance and they figure lets just replace it all and hope that fixes it.
