This was my husband and my first home buying experience. Cherise was super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. She was very good at keeping us informed on potential homes in our budget and style. She walked us through the home buying process and helped us negotiate a great price. She even dropped off paperwork on our behalf when we were to busy at work! We highly recommend Cherise and her team. It was a fantastic experience and if and when we need a second home down the road we hope to work with her again. Home Sweet Home :)

I worked with Sarah and Vanessa during a sight unseen move from Manhattan NY to Anchorage AK. From the moment that Zillow put me in touch with Sarah to the day of closing, Sarah was always super responsive to me and always willing to remote in with me, Zoom, Facetime, you name it so that I could get a feel for the area and the properties. Even though there was a ton of back and forth via emails and scanned documentation, the overall experience was easy. Would recommend working with Unity (and especially Sarah) if you are looking to buy in the Anchorage area!

What a superb team of professionals! Heath Reynolds and Sabra Gilleland of Unity were such a joy to work with as we explored the housing market and then navigated both selling and buying a home. Nicole Lee is the best Realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She is responsive, thoughtful, and hard working. This is the second time I have used Unity Home Group Alaska, And also the second time working with Heather and Sabra. This was by far the easiest process I’ve had with selling a home. Heather is an excellent communicator and very professional and ambitious, which gives her an edge in the market. Amazing professionalism. David and Sabra were awesome at every step of the way. I had to buy a new home remotely while I was at work on the Aleutians and they made the process painless and easy. They were patient when I needed some extra time or had technical issues and always 100% friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
