Kat's lifelong love affair with the culinary arts, beautiful floral, and gorgeous table-scapes gave way to The EXTRA Ingredient. Under the tutelage of amazing chefs and pastry masters, Kat honed her kitchen skills and learned how to produce beautiful fresh food made with love. She spent over 25 years in the restaurant industry perfecting service standards and teaching others the art of excellent service.
Eventide Lake Union @ Tyee - powered by The EXTRA Ingredient, is located on the North East side of Seattle's Lake Union. Our floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to our covered patio and fireplace, allowing for an open-air venue on the lake edge. Our amenities include tables, chairs, plates, utensils, glassware, integrated bar, audiovisual equipment, and much more.
The EXTRA Ingredient, is a full-service catering company, that offers custom menus specific to your event. Scratch recipes allow for easy allergen-free and vegan options. You'll work directly with our chef to create your perfect menu, ensuring you and your guests enjoy a meal built around YOUR event.
Craft cocktails await you! The EXTRA Ingredient staff will create your perfect bar offering, from a Premium Hosted Bar package to a Standard Bar No Host package, and about anything in-between. Belong to a wine club or have a favorite local beer? We can work with you to bring in some of your favorites and combine them with our packages.
