What can I say but it was a quick and effortless experience. Rackmon was super professional and took his time and walked us thru the clean out. He went above and beyond with giving us a gas key for our fireplace so I didn't have to use a wrench anymore to start it up

Did not show up or call for first scheduled appointment. I agreed to reschedule but, to no surprise, technician once again was a no show.
Contact person, Nadav, was clueless about appointments he set up himself. 100% disappointed.
UPDATE: Company called me back and apologized for the mix up with scheduling. Subsequently, job was completed and was done very efficiently. Nadav went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Very satisfied with the service.

We were hoping to upgrade our fireplace to gas only and upgrade the look but knew we needed a chimney inspection and sweep first. We had another company come out and they quoted us an astronomical price in order to get the chimney in working condition and said they couldn’t even do a sweep unless we did the work that was quoted.
