This family business provides customized management consulting and business psychology services to privately held and family-owned businesses throughout Wisconsin, the Midwest/U.S. and internationally.

Headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, we provide business services both nationally and internationally. Strategic Solutions Consulting is a family-owned business led by a mother, daughter and son consulting team of Shipra, Anjali, and Greg Seefeldt.

Each of us brings unique and highly specialized multi-disciplinary training to the consulting firm, as well as years of professional experience in working with family-owned and closely held businesses to improve workplace culture.
In our business consulting work, we partner with local clients in the Fox Cities and across Wisconsin. We also work with organizations throughout the Midwest, across the United States, and internationally. Strategic Solutions Consulting collaborates with companies of every size in a wide range of industries.
Family businesses have unique challenges and complexities because there is an interdependence between the family and the business systems, and often the boundaries of these two overlap. This results in family members avoiding conflict that deals with running the business and transferring power and wealth from one generation to the next.
When helping clients deal with change management, our team considers everything that can affect the culture of a business. We work with all employees from top-level management to front-line production staff, with a goal of better understanding attitudes, behaviors and belief systems. Our model of change addresses the fact that organizations must continuously improve quality, manage costs and enhance performance.

It was an extraordinary experience working with the Strategic Solutions team. They tackled difficult topics and conversations with thorough preparation and with great dignity. The Strategic Solutions team helped our team by doing a team building exercise that included personality profiles. We learned a lot about each other and ourselves.
