Services
Arrow Window & Awning has been in business since 1946, started by President Jeff Michaelson's uncle. Jeff has been involved since 1982. Not many companies are able to survive for 72 years. And Arrow Window was able to because it offers excellent customer service, quality products, knowledgeable guidance, and very competitive prices.
Arrow Window & Awning carries Retractable Awnings from several of the most respected Awning Companies in the US!. Retractable awnings have multiple advantages. An awning can help you save on air conditioning costs by keeping the heat of the sun from entering through windows. And while it keeps the heat off your home it also helps protect both your indoor and outdoor furnishings from sun damage.
The Duralite Spacer System takes thermal window performance to a whole new level, reducing conductivity by up to 45%. Duralite spacers are more efficient because they contain no metal. This means that your windows will be warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, making your home more comfortable year round.
The front door says a lot about a home. We are proud to use Therma-Tru Doors Fiberglass entry doors. Nothing beats fiberglass doors for value and performance. Beautifully crafted, energy efficient, secure, and easy to maintain, Therma-Tru fiberglass entry doors are a durable alternative to wood or steel.

I've known Jeff for over 20 years, first professionally and then socially. I have always found him to be one of the most ethical and honest contractors I have worked with. He goes out of his way to make sure the products suggested and the installation options provide the most value for my budget. This includes a full house window replacement, sliders, and storm doors. He has a lot of "pull" with his manufacturers and that became evident recently when I had fogging of a side-light window panel that was installed a few years ago. I was hopeful it was under warranty (it was), but not

If I could select 0 stars I would. My parents had an awning installed by Arrow - Jeff's installers. My parents didn't use it much - we noticed that the awning was pulling away from the house and called Jeff to look at - he gave me an estimate and I shared out concerns about not hitting the studs when it was installed but he insisted that we did something wrong. The price was over $700 to take down put up a header and put it back up. Well my husband ended up doing the work and when he took it down he did notice that the original installers only hit one stud which was in no way good
