In adults, hearing loss most commonly begins between the ages of 40 and 55 years. Surprisingly, you may not be aware that you have a hearing impairment. Dr. Tish Nelson is from the Tulsa area. She graduated from Cleveland High School and obtained her bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Nelson completed her doctoral degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology in Elkins Park, PA. She is a certified/state licensed audiologist and has been practicing in Tulsa since 1993 when she graduated with her master's degree in audiology from the University of Oklahoma.

At first they were awesome, but this past spring I had to have some extra testing done. My first question was will insurance cover it? They called for me while I was there and told me yes it would all be covered (at the time I thought I could trust them which is why I did not feel the need to call myself, big mistake on my part) so I went ahead and booked the appointment. Now, 4 months later, I have recieved a bill in the mail from my audiologist because it was NOT all covered. After I left 3 voicemails tring to get ahold of them, they are claiming it is a deductible they are wanting to collect
