I highly recommend Mend!! I have had multiple finger injuries due to climbing in the past few months, and Evan really helped me recover and get back to climbing. He also gave great advice on how to train in order to prevent future injuries. Even when I was out of town, I had a few online appointments with Evan, and he was able to do a great assessment of my injury and give me exercises to help with recovery and regaining strength. I have also seen Jeff in the past for other injuries, and he is also amazing! Everyone at Mend is so knowledgeable and honestly just very friendly-- I would absolutely

Thanks Evan! As a rock climber with pulley injury to my finger, Evan really helped me out. I'm very glad I spent the time to go in and see him. It just took a couple of visits over a couple of months combined with a well-designed quantitive and progressive routine I did at home. I'm back to climbing hard again and will definitely be returning if (ok, when!) something else is causing me trouble.

I was recommended to Evan by a Movement Boulder front desk worker for dealing with an shoulder impingement issue that would not go away. I highly recommend Evan - he had the background to diagnose what was going on with my climbing style and was great at finding convenient exercises to strengthen the necessary muscles that I would reliably do - which is especially important after the injury has gone away!

I had an important sporting event coming up, for which I'd trained the whole year, when I suddenly developed debilitating back pain, I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Josh Davis in less than 24 hours. He listened attentively to my situation, showed a high level of personal concern, specific expertise, and confidence that he could help. Through a combination of manual therapy, as well prescribing specific exercises as follow up, I arrived at my event 100% pain free!

So happy with the results I have experienced here! I had kind of lost hope after a failed ankle surgery and some hip issues but after working with VP, the positive changes I have had have happened quick. I would recommend MEND to everyone having any sort of pain or mobility issue. The only thing I regret is not coming sooner!

I can't recommend Chelsey enough! I was on the fence about getting pelvic therapy, but am so happy I did. The 60 minute sessions are completely one-on-one, everything is fully explained and nothing ever feels rushed. It's such a 180 change from how some of my PT appointments have gone in the past. Chelsey does a fantastic job of describing how all of the muscles are interacting, and what exercises to do at home. I started seeing noticable improvements with the first two weeks! She is a wonderful pelvic floor therapist and I would highly recommend her!!

I visited Eli Edwards while I was visiting from out of town for my swollen, uncomfortable and very wonky knee. Mend Boulder was a recommendation from my brother & sister-in-law and I’m glad I went!
Eli completed a thorough evaluation of the knee and used dry needle therapy the first day. I noticed improvement and decided to I make another appointment for the following day.
The next day Eli showed me a variety of exercises to strengthen the knee’s surrounding musculature and did another course of dry needling. He prepared a letter of his findings for me to pass onto my PCP which I appreciated

I went to Mend PT after injuring my foot running. Running is what I love, and without it, I felt a sense of hopelessness. Jeff Ryg has been exceptional in my road to recovery. His thorough examination, diligent treatment plan, and follow-up appointments got me quickly back to running. He is always extremely quick to respond to any emails that I send him. I now feel even better than I did before, and I know that Jeff has played a key role in my success. My daughter has also seen him for more than one issue related to cross-country. He went above and beyond to make sure that she got back quickly

After a mountain biking wrist injury, I was left with pain when performing everyday tasks and forced to take long breaks from climbing and biking. With minimal pain relief after these long breaks, I sought out help from Evan, a Mend PT that specializes in climbing injuries.
Evan did a very thorough assessment of my injury. He clearly understood my goals for therapy and recovery. Evan gave me a list of extensive exercises to perform at home, and he made sure I had the proper tools to perform these exercises independently. He performed dry needling with a safe, clean technique. I felt that each

I highly recommend Mend Physical Therapy. The process is streamlined, contemporary, and clear. The online scheduling is the easiest I have come across. The exercises you are given to do at home can be accessed through an app, helping you see and remember what you need to do. I highly recommend Chelsea Vasquez for postpartum pelvic floor therapy. She is professional and kind - making a new mama feel comfortable and well cared for in the vulnerable time of navigating the postpartum body.

Can't recommend Mend highly enough. Dr. Carpenter spent two thorough, informative, helpful Zoom sessions with me and gave me exercises (with video links to demo them) to do. In less than two weeks, Dr. Carpenter did more to relieve my knee pain than 25 years of MD's, chiros, massage therapists had done. She is amazing! I'm a working mountain guide, so spend a bunch of time on rock climbing, ice climbing, ski-touring -- Dr. Carpenter has made me a happier athlete and more comfortable guide -- thanks so much!

Jeff is an awesome DPT. Very knowledgeable and confident in his work. Specializing in hip impingement, Jeff teaches classes in Colorado to further enlighten people on the topic that affects many. The office is small and hidden off of 29 th in boulder tucked in a building with many other business but it's worth the hunt.
Along with manipulation and a detailed home exercise plan I feel I'm on the way to recovery.
