If you are in need of planning or design services, look no further than Matt Starnes, "The" Hospitality Butler. Every event he has managed at Catawba Falls has been flawless. If any part of the design, catering etc needs attention, he handles it. He arrives on-site early and is always the last the leave. He doesn't mind trying decor or capturing pictures that are outside the box. His attention to detail from how the bride's hair may be laying or how her gown looks during a picture is top notch. We worked with Matt Starnes and his team for our April 2021 ceremony and rehearsal dinner at the White Home in Rock Hill, SC. Matt was our day of coordinator and all-around man of many hats. He recommended several vendors that we ended up booking and were extremely happy with. We aren't really detail oriented ourselves, but Matt and his team absolutely have you covered --- we gave them some general direction and the end result they created was better than anything we could have imagined. Utilizing Hospitality Butler for our wedding was the best choice we made! Having them to assist with our big day made it so easy on us. The venue looked beautiful and the venue team loved having the support. From the time my husband and I arrived to the ceremony through the end of the night, Matt and his team were on it. There was no detail forgotten and I cannot imagine my big day without there assistance! I will be using them for all my events moving forward!
