Our firm is large enough to offer a full range of professional services at a fair price, but small enough to give you the individual attention that you deserve.
For Contractors we must receive the first page of Form W-9, for each individual or entity you are reporting on, as well as the amount paid. For Employees we must receive Form W-4 for each employee you are reporting on as well as the amount paid. For subsequent years we only need the information about the amounts of money as it pertains to each individual.
If you are a new client PLEASE bring us a copy of your last two years Federal and State tax returns. Gather your information, bring your papers and come into our office, fill out the "Drop-Off Sheet" and you're done. After receiving your information we will prepare your returns. We will call you if we have any more questions or require any more information.
