I called to ask about my I phone 8 and why I was having a problem with texting. O'Gradys was so helpful and professional answering my questions that I found out I probably need a new phone instead of having one repaired. How honest of them to tell me the prices of the work and that it would probably be best for me to get a new phone. I would go to them in a heartbeat for any work. They are honest and very helpful!

The people at O’Grady‘s cell phone repair definitely know what they’re doing. They can have your screen replaced in about half an hour. Awesome customer service. They have replaced several of my screens now, and I will be back in the future. They use high quality materials and you can feel and see it. Great customer service.

POOR QUALITY MATERIALS/ EXPENSIVE
I brought in my IPhone X 256GB, to be repaired by this store. They had to replace front screen, back glass and battery. The total was over $300, I only paid this because they stated I had a lifetime warranty on parts.
Upon receiving the device after repair the screen was not fully seated. I could also tell the screen was not great quality. I say this because screen was blurry and bad graphics. They said parts had lifetime warranty so I accepted the phone. Within 2 weeks the screen went black and would not work.
I took the device back to the store and they said
