Steve and Gretchen are amazing! They handle everything for our company's health insurance needs, and are always available if we have any questions. They adapted to COVID-19 very well, sending our team a personalized, virtual video to explain our changes for Open Enrollment. They definitely make us feel like their only client (although I know that's not the case) and it's always a pleasure interacting with them. Highly recommended!

It's really nice working with Steve Grady, he really knows his stuff! Steve helped me wade through the health insurance coverage options for health for my small business. He gave great pointers as to the pros and cons of the different insurance companies and which would best fit my needs in a way no one else has been able to do .I would not have been aware of all the options for my situation on my own. I can't thank Steve enough for helping me get an affordable health insurance policy. I was using Medicaid in the past, and this was the first time I had to find a new policy that was going to really start costing me. I was overwhelmed with my own research, but was pleased to find Steve who was happy to answer my many questions. I didn't feel pressured into anything, and it felt like he really was working his hardest to find me the perfect policy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent that actually cares about really helping you.
