Horrible the worst repair service you could imagine the service manager is the biggest a hole you could ever have the misfortune to run into how he has a job there is beyond understanding he must be related to the owners otherwise he would be fired they had my small engine for a simple maintenance job for 2 months never completed never called me with update I would call and was only told 3 words " I'll call you" was the only response 3 times I was told those 3 words until I took it back they refused to return my 65$ required deposit or would not give it back to me they and

Let me start off by saying that I wasn't going to give this review, but this place has taken up space in MY head, rent free, for the past 3 months, so here we go. I went into Dennis power equipment a few months ago to purchase a chainsaw and I was greeted by one of the rudest individuals I've run into on Cape Cod. The dude literally made me feel uncomfortable that I was even in the store. There's definitely some issues there. I wouldn't buy a chainsaw from that guy, or this place if there was a tree laying on top of me, and the only way I could survive is if I bought a chainsaw from here. I owned

RUDE, UNHELPFUL! No wonder the parking lot was empty. I went in with the intention of buying a new STIHL weed wacker and blower and the attitude of the employees made me remorseful that I even stepped in. If I could give zero stars I would.

I brought in my STIHL chainsaw in for a minor repair in early May. I have periodically had to call Dennis Equipment for updates as they have not offered any. About 10 days ago they said there was a delay because my parts shipped to RI erroneously, but they had a plan to retrieve them and I would have the saw back this week. Now that the week is near over, I called again. Now they say my parts are still in RI and they are not sure how to get them. I asked why they didn’t just get their STIHL rep to send them replacement parts while the erroneous shipping is worked. He assured me that they are

I had a pocket of cash to buy a snowblower, today. None of the half dozen machines on display out front had prices displayed. Couple of staff behind the counter but none of them acknowledged me much less asked if they could help me. After wandering around for about ten minutes I left. They weren't interested in my business. I went to another local business and left with a new machine at a fair price. Not the first time DE has ignored a sale but it is the last.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. I went in to buy a backpack blower for my house and they suggested one, boot being the noisy expensive model. I went back to buy a chainsaw later.

Bought 2 Honda generators from them . ( 2200 and a 2200 companion) worked for about 6 months then both stopped running . Dropped them off to have the recall done and fixed . Called them 5 minutes before they were closing to pick them up . Told them I might be 2 minutes late and they told me that they don't stay open longer than 5 . So there might not be anyone here . Well got there at 4:59 and my generators were up front by the fence . The guy told me I was all set . Put them in my truck and left . Took them camping that weekend and guess what ? That's right they still don't run

Received a piece of equipment that was broken after being repaired... the machine is a 1960s Gravely. Inside of the magneto the points die casted mounting bracket was broken after new points were installed. With the part being broken the points gap opened as far as it could so there was no spark. I am searching online for the part.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment they sell. We have purchased several pieces of equipment from them over the years and whenever we have needed something fixed they get it done quickly so we can get back out making money again. I highly recommend Dennis equipment for all of your small equipment needs.

Did you buy it here?.........is a question that tells you to go elsewhere. If you didn't buy it here we really can't help you..
They have done good work in the past but when the teenager at the counter started up with that question last time I was in that told me they had all the business they could handle with their sales customers.
Businesses should lose that question or lose customers.....

I bought my Stihl combi unit here and have had no problems. They prepped it, fueled it and fired it off before I walked out the door. They have a Good selection of merchandise and will go back again!

Don't Buy-Local. Why not: Higher cost, sales tax and no advantage on service. What might have once been a great business has succumbed to arrogance and an indifferent attitude toward customers. I wouldn't recommend becoming one.

Sales are smooth, friendly and hassle free - after that you are just one of the cattle. I bought a snow blower here in November to avoid the rush. Ordering, delivery and setup went smoothly. I struggled with the idea that I could have ordered the same machine online, gotten a discount, free shipping and no sales tax - but decided to go with the "buy

I have tried to like this place because I am a big stihl fan and it is close to my house. I went there to get a chain for my chainsaw sharpened and it took 3 days. I got a gift certificate for Christmas but lost the actual certificate. I was able to produce the receipt. They found the stub and matched it to my receipt, I was going to use it that day, they did not honor it. I consider this robbery. All they had to do was mark it used on the receipt. I also tried to purchase a chainsaw chain and it took an excruitiating amount of time to figure out what chain I needed despite my furnishing the model
