I am so pleased with DJ Party Bus Services. They have excellent customer service! :) I would recommend them to all of my family and friends for any large event, like a wedding, concert or bachelor/ette party! Used DJ Party Bus Services for my friend's birthday party and we had a blast! The bus itself is super luxe, clean, and comfortable. Our driver did an awesome job getting us from place to place safely and on time, and she was a lot of fun too! Definitely recommend if you are looking for safe, fun, reliable transportation for your next event!

DJ Party Bus was so easy to work with and very friendly. After having to cancel, then reschedule, they found a driver the day before and were so nice and helpful. Adrian was a great driver! On time and very professional, a safe driver, and always easy to get a hold of when we were ready to get back on the bus. He got us home safe during a heavy snowfall. Will absolutely be booking another bus with them in the future. Thank you!!

Amazing bus company! I lost my phone on the bus and woke up the next day and seen the location was back in the cities. Living in a hour and a half away, I called the bus company and spoke with Joe the owner. That amazing man spend the day looking for my phone. He dug the bus apart and then dug the dumpster apart. Luckily he found it in the trash! Joe then met a friend of mine who was in the cities, and gave it to them. Joe went above and beyond what anyone would have done. Highly recommend DJ Party bus!

LOVE LOVE LOVE DJ PARTY BUS!!! My friend rented the pink bus for her birthday party this past weekend (Halloween weekend) and it was great! Super clean, spacious, light up pole, iPad with Spotify to let us control the music as well as the base and volume. It was a great experience! I would definitely go with DJ PARTY BUS if i ever want my own party bus party. We were able to bring our own alcohol on the bus as long as it was in plastic bottles. Also our driver CARMEN was amazing! She was so so so nice and knew her way around the twin cities, and new info about each place we stopped at. She was

We rented a party bus for a few hours for our bridal party and had a great time! Our driver showed up on time and navigated around downtown Saint Paul really well considering there were many road closures due to the Twin Cities Marathon. Our bus was clean and we were able to use the Ipad to play music. We were also allowed to bring champagne and sparkling cider in a cooler. Our driver was easy going and fun.Â

Wow I wish I could rate them a 10. This company saved me after rent my party bus canceled on me 24 hours in advance!! They were very fast in responding and worked with me to book me a bus for my birthday in 24 hours when they didn’t have to. Very friendly. Bus was awesome in size and very clean. Our driver was AMAZING too. Very fun and amazing experience!! Also reliable!!

This company is horrible!!! I have contacted the State Atty. general to look into them. They have refused to return our deposit due to them being closed for covid-19. I understand they had to close like the rest of us but they didn't provide any service and kept out deposit.
Look at all the complaints!!!

We had an amazing experience with DJ Party Bus! From the start, they were quick to respond via email and made the planning effortless. Brenda, our driver, was such a gem. She reached out to me before our event and was very flexible with our plans. She arrived for pickup early and everything went very smoothly. This company is awesome and we're so grateful for how they treated our group!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Reported to Better Business Bureau, this company refuses to give me my money back due to the Coronavirus. They have NOTHING laid out in their policies about this pandemic when CDC guidelines are stating to cancel such events as these in these times (gathering of more than 10 people, which our party was way over). They refuse to give me my money back and say that they can transfer it to a family or friend to use... not even giving me any choice what's so ever. I dont even live in Minnesota. ITS MY OWN MONEY.

We live out of state and had to cancel flights, Airbnb's and many other vendors since our plans were forced to be canceled due to the Coronavirus. All of these other global, national and even small mom and pop stores have given back FULL REFUNDS AND DEPOSITS. This company refuses.
This is not a normal circumstance, this company just wants your money and has no human decency.

This is a must do for New Years Eve night! David made sure everything was set up and questions were answered in a timely manner and Lewis our bus driver was amazing! He made sure we hit all the stops we wanted to go to and was very accommodating along the way. I would definitely recommend DJ Party Bus for any of your special occasions - they will make sure you have a fantastic time!

We had a party bus for our wedding and it was a ton of fun! Driver took us wherever we wanted to go and the office staff was super easy to work with and accommodating based on our schedule that day! Only knock is that when given the tip, the driver opened it and complained it was not enough and that 20% was customary. I gave him more because he did do a good job, but if 20% is customary, just charge a 20% gratuity and make it easier for the guest. Overall, great experience!

Well not the case with this company, which is disappointing. We decided to get a party bus, because it was to get us to another location SAFELY after the wedding reception. Of course majority of us have been drinking celebrating the night away. Well let's say the driver (retired cop) and owner decided it was okay to leave us. Left us stranded at the venue without EVEN telling us. The driver just zoomed off. We trusted this company.

DJ Party Bus hosted my friend's 30th birthday recently, driving us around the Minneapolis brewery scene. Wow, we were blown away. Our driver was on-time, professional, and flexible with changes that we made on the fly. We were so happy with our experience. I'm planning a bachelorette party and we wanted a party bus for the event, so I started looking yesterday for the right one. I called a few companies last night and most of them seemed a little sketchy; they didn't announce the company when I called, just simply said, "hello?" So, I was frustrated and didn't want to call any more companies, but sent a few requests via website to the last couple companies at about 9p. Let me preface this by saying that I'm not easily frustrated and it takes a lot for my patience to grow thin, especially when it comes to the service industry. But the end of the night was so bad that I needed to say something. We had the Pink Jewel Mini for my friend's bachelorette party on Saturday night.
