Services
Paige was born and raised in Boise. She left for college in San Diego, CA and was commissioned in the Navy upon graduation. After purchasing her first home, she knew that real estate was what she wanted to do after her time in the military. She specializes in residential real estate as an associate broker in Idaho while also maintaining her broker's license in California with the help of her local team there.
Elena represents buyers, sellers and investors in residential real estate transactions. Her extensive background in business and finance give her clients an additional edge when evaluating a potential purchase or sale and negotiating contracts. She has worked in various industries and circumstances which have enabled her to be flexible, efficient, organized and an extremely hard worker.
Solon represents buyers, sellers and investors in a variety of real estate matters including residential and commercial transactions, 1031 exchanges, investment real estate (multifamily, NNN, NN, pharmacy, fast food, convenience, office), land and asset management. He also brings considerable experience in the development and construction of residential and multifamily real estate.
Tony grew up in Boise, graduated from Meridian High, and currently lives in Eagle. He has seen the Boise and surrounding areas change over the years and knows these markets well. Tony specializes in investment properties has been an investor and landlord since 1990. Coupled with data analysis, Tony's experience of the area and being a landlord, Tony believes he can provide his clients with the information needed to make a well informed decision.
I have been in the title insurance industry for 48 years, retiring in 2007 just as I was starting to get the hang of it. Most of the time was spent closing commercial real estate transactions from small residential income to large shopping centers and industrial properties. I was a very proud founder of Title One Corporation in 2000 from which I retired.
