The experience we had while renting from property manager, Darlene Dudley in the Beaufort ERA office was soooooooooooooo unprofessional, inconsiderate and at times illegal! She is the most hateful and rude person I have ever come in contact with....EVER! We always paid our rent on time, never had any complaints from her, yet EVERY time we had to deal with her, she handled it as though we were asking for her kidney or bothering her. Repairs took forever to be done---we went without AC for almost 5 days in the middle of summer right after moving in! I cannot tell you how many times I had to follow

My family and I must have done something wrong in order to have wound up with such an unresponsive and at times difficult woman (Darlene) to work through any issues with the property we are renting. Upon contacting her we explained our situation of coming back from being abroad and would not work with us to hold the lease until we arrived back into the states. Essentially telling us that unless we signed the lease and paid the security deposit, we would have no guarantee. I'm sure that most people can appreciate the fact that not having set foot on the property you are about to sign a 3 year

Darlene and ERA Realtors were very helpful. We needed to rent a house for a long term move and Darlene was willing to put the time in to meet our needs. Looking forward to up dating our review in a few months.
Review up dated. As of today Sept 2 2016. Darlene has been unresponsive on our requests for home repairs. Very disappointing to deal with someone who is unresponsive. I feel sure that the home owner of our rental home won't like to learn that Darlene has not responded to our repeated requests for help with home repairs. Not ok to be treated this way.
