Services
A Grace Technology Agent will come to your home or office and professionally install your computer system, tablet, mobile device or net-workable device, or the Agent can diagnose software or hardware issues on one computer system or device. The Agent will also show you how to use your new technology, and you'll have the opportunity to discuss any questions you have.
Get your computer running the way it was when it was young. A Grace Technology Agent will find and remove unnecessary software remotely, optimize start-up and shutdown, and make sure Windows is updated and running at peak performance. Approximate time to complete: 1 hourat $50.00 and $30.00 additional hour needed per customer.
2 visits a year for your computer. We will help with virus and spyware cleaning, optimization of start-up programs and repair of software errors with Service Plan for $8.99 per month. Many of our services are great if you've already had an issue with your system. But if you don't want to wait until a virus or hacker gets into one of your computers, then consider getting a proactive monthly plan with Grace.

The owner of Grace computer repair was absolutely terrific. He was able to assist me above and beyond what I expected. Although he was unable to repair my computer, he was able to provide me with an alternative solution to resolve my issue quickly allowing my child to continue his school classes.

Troy was fantastic! Courteous, punctual, spot on with his diagnosis and able to fix the problem. The price point is perfect as well. My fairly new, but of course out of warranty desktop computer decided to try early retirement and would not boot up. After spending a few hours on the phone with Costco and Lenovo I decided life is too short for this brain damage. I called Troy at this unpretentious business and he promised to take care of it. I have been having internet connection problems for two or more weeks and have tried many ways to resolve the issue. Thankfully, yesterday, I was referred to Grace Technology and spoke with Troy. We scheduled an appointment for next week for an in-home repair, but he suggested I should try one more thing to solve my problem. It worked!! Couldn't be happier with the service from Grace Technology! Troy was attentive, a good communicator, and VERY fair in his pricing. I had a laptop that sat on the shelf for a couple of years that needed updating. I hit him up on the Saturday before Labor Day and he made time for me. Less than a week's time in turn around and things are running smoothly. Will definitely use in the future! Thanks again!
