The owner got personally involved and made what was otherwise an impossible situation work out. They have always dealt with us professionally, and delivered timely at a fair price. The guys that come out to perform the service are wonderful, friendly and professional. If for any reason you have to make contact with the front office- do not expect the same friendly service. BreAwna, at the front had the nastiest attitude upon being asked a simple question. She huffs and makes you feel that you are completely inconveniencing her by actually inquiring anything. BreAwwnah is condescending and eventually it led to disrespect. I had an issue that could've been easily resolved with someone who actually wanted to be helpful.

We have used TPS on several occasions. The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Our property line is not cleared and can be difficult to access. The surveyors were polite, professional, and thorough. Our survey needs have always been completed very quickly. I highly recommend TPS.

My husband and I are in the middle of building a house when we were told we needed an elevation cert. before we could continue. So I called and spoke to Ashton who was phenomenal. I contacted Texas Professional Surveying to get a property resurveyed. I needed this property re surveyed because there was an encumbrance on the neighbors property of a small chicken coop. The chicken coop was removed and I asked Texas Professional Surveying to resurvey the property. When they resurveyed the property they removed another building that was next to the chicken coop. I have been trying to get them to go back now for over three months to get this corrected and the surveyor that went out states that the building in question was not there before which is really confusing because the
