Services
Mr. Fuller specializes in the area personal injury including trials and settlement of accident related claims. Taught business and family law at Bemidji State University on a part-time basis for two years while practicing law in Bemidji. Member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Services in Cass Lake, Minnesota for four years.
Mr. Cayko specializes in the area of family law and has many years of experience handling matters in all areas of family law, including trial and Appellate Court work. Family law, including dissolutions, custody disputes, parentage actions, uncontested adoptions, support hearings, and related matters.
Mr. Pederson is a trial lawyer with experience in serious injury, wrongful death, product liability, employment discrimination, medical negligence and agricultural accident litigation. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to criminal defense and real estate/business disputes. Mr. Pederson is currently serving a second term as a board member of the Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
