I've gone to this place as long as I could remember and every single time I've gotten a different doctor even when I asked for the same one. I also was told I would hear back from them because I got sick and needed my covid results. I assume I didn't have it but I still needed the results to go back to work. I stil haven't gotten them even though I called back three days in a row and its been A WEEK since then. Very unprofessional and seems to be all over the place.

Im a new patient and I had a appointment yesterday at 1:20 pm they canceled my appointment and closed the office at 12:00 pm without calling me to tell me my appointment was canceled what kind of doctor office does that my mom works for a doctors office and the 1st thing they do is call or send a message to there patients that there appointment has been canceled and ask them if they would like to schedule a new appointment for a different day but I guess Tampa family health center doesn’t have time to do that honestly really sad but whatever

Dr. Cenatus has been a very good doctor to me and has listened to me and helped me alot along my weight loss journey. He has encouraged me to do what I needed to do for my health. He has given me advise on things I should add to my diet and what to take out. He has even advised me on what to look for when caring for parents. I thank him so much and I appreciate all his advice and encouragement.

I had a dental appointment at this location on Tuesday and when I arrived at my scheduled time, there was no one manning the dental check in window. A couple of other employees came into the area while seeing me standing there looking around and waiting, they said "oh she'll be back from lunch soon" and walked right back out of the room. Like?? I'm sorry but this in its self is so unprofessional. Any business of the sort should have someone manning the front at all times. You don't get to go on break if there is no one else to man your position while you're gone.

I am highly disappointed with the customer service provided by the receptionist. I called the office phone numerous times before I could get a hold of someone, I was then told that I would receive a call back to schedule my appointment. I never received the call. I had to drive about 40 minutes to the location just to wait over 2 hours to schedule an appointment in person. The receptionist was inconsiderably rude and had a nasty attitude. I enjoy the doctor I have and would not change physicians but I think the receptionist needs a new job elsewhere.

I've been coming here since I was pregnant and when my son was born, Medicaid had set this location to be my son's primary pediatric care. This facility has been ok to my son and I overall but this facility could greatly improve.
Front desk receptionists can be a little bit more welcoming and friendly. I'm sure they get so many patients on the daily whom can be challenging, but simple things such as a smile or small welcome can greatly turn that around!
The doctors and medical assistants are nice and informative. Dr. Ashley McPhie for pediatric care is sweet, knowledgeable, and

If I could give this medical facility NO stars I would. I needed lab work done. They took a specimen and scheduled a follow-up appointment for exactly a week later. Meanwhile I was put on an antibiotic until the specimen could be cultured to determine if the antibiotic prescribed was effective to treat the infection. I never heard a word from them regarding the efficacy of the medication prescribed. Exactly a week later, as scheduled I went back in for the follow up. I was greeted by a student arnp of some sort. Although she had my chart, I had to go over everything that was going on and why I
