Very shady practices going on here. I was a customer of the store I was parked at and was towed literally 15 minutes after the store closed while I was across the street after shopping. Then it cost $390 to get my vehicle for them having it for an hour as I had to find a ride almost 25 minutes away after they took the car.

It's too bad about the other people that had less than a stellar experience with them, but as far as I'm personally concerned, they rescued me and brought the car to my home! The guy was very courteous and caring and did his job well. However, they are a bit on the expensive side depending on how many miles it had to be towed so that's expected! I was not a member of triple A anymore (my father let our membership expire for some reason) so these people were a God send in our emergency!

Don’t bother calling this company when you really need them at night. The person basically told me he won’t help me. He was clearly sleeping when I called him at 3am. As I was telling him my situation there was a long pause, I asked “are you still there?” He said “mmhmm.” I then asked, “are you going to help me or should I call someone else.” Then he just said, call someone else. Wow. Sorry I interrupted your beauty sleep. But isn’t this your job? It clearly states that you are a 24/7 service. All I asked him was to remove a car that was in my parking spot so I can go home and
