I have been a member of the Northeast Ohio chapter of the Window Covering Association of America (WCAA). I am a past president and vice president of WCAA, serving two year terms for each office. I also participate in monthly meetings for the Greater Cleveland Drapery Professionals (GCDP). Both of these organizations have a lot of sharing so we can keep up on the latest trends, treatments, techniques, and custom standards of our industry.
Just wanted to say "thank you" for re-doing my family room drapes. I really appreciate your extra effort and your caring about having satisfied customers- I'm one! I mentioned your good service to our broker, Jim Ruth and he may call you later this year for window treatments.
