Mike and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish! They installed vinyl fencing along the front of my house to replace my wooden fencing that was falling apart. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I chose them to do my backyard railing/fence.
The customer service is horrible . Like many had mentioned before my review, I experienced the exact same thing as those customers that gave 1star. Late to arrive for an estimate, most of my communications either by text or phone call were not returned, Roger left town without endorsing the project to a co-worker, installation was done much later than promised date, will only call you whenever they want and want to show up whenever they want.

Wow!!! Wow!! Wow!! These guys had been selling me pieces of 7/8x3x16 for $90 dollars not to mention it's the cheapest quality Vinyl that's out there. Just went to another place and FOUND OUT HOW MUCH I WAS GETTING RIPPED OFF! Same size but this is made in the USA and Superior quality product for $22. Not to mention how horrible the Management is but I love the front desk lady.IF YOUR SMART STAY AWAY

This company never got back to after sending a check for insufficient fUnda. They did no work and when they decided they couldn't go the job they promised to return my deposit. I included a picture of the check on my first post. Be very careful. Check there Better Business review. D- or Google Reviews. Beware of fake reviews. They can't cover a check for &140 dollars.

This company could not complete by job weeks after promised. After much run around, I got a refund check. THE CHECK BOUNCED. It was returned for insufficient funds. Enough said. Do you want to do business with a company that bounces a $140 refund check. They also do business under other names, my contract said Smart Vinyl, my “refund” said US Vinyl. BEWARE!!! Check with Better Business Bureau review!

Have contacted company to rectify issues with the pergola installed in November 2020: extensive burn mark on one vinyl slat, cut line around a post, gouges on other posts, one post is short and does not meet the concrete patio. We were told that someone would be sent out to fix and to add a collar around the bottom of the posts. Still to this day in March 2021 and follow-up calls, no one shows up. Gary K., you need to do much better with workmanship and follow-up.
We even paid you the balance on the contract before final inspection in trusting you that the project will be finished well.

I had two gates installed in June 2020. One was installed correctly. The other one not. It is missing hardware, and is crooked, and does not match up when closed. The installation was done when I was not home and they showed up unannounced.
I paid for the work. Since then I have emailed this company, sent photos, and spoke with the owner. It takes months of calling daily to possibly speak with someone. When I have, staff has told me that the owner has instructed them to NOT send anyone for repairs for months. When I demanded repairs their tech

First and foremost, this “company” lacks the absolute basics of customer service. Atrocious customer service and incompetent ownership. We hired them to replace the railings around our entire complex. They installed very flimsy vinyl that was unstable, lacked proper reinforcements, and likely the cheapest material they could find. They left the job partially complete, and when we asked them to complete it, they agreed and set a future date. We arranged to be home and they flat out didn’t show up! No phone call, no explanation. My neighbor used this co. they fixed my neighbors fence and left a big gap between my house and the neighbors house they said they would come and fix it mind you we had a fence that they took down its going on 3 weeks now .good luck getting hold of someone or getting the right answer whoever i spoke with said don't worry will have it done before end of this week that was last week i was going to have some work done by this company .I wouldn't even have them build a fence for my dog house liars not people of there word

My experience with them has been horrible. This company has terrible customer service, not returning phone calls and letting the customer know that their installers would not be showing up. Twice appointments were made for installation, and no-one showed up. I had to call the company, and was told the first time the installers were sick, and the second time I was told that one of the installers wives had Covid. Yet, no-one called me to let me know that they would not be showing up. I had given this company a deposit for the work to be done, and have asked for my deposit back. Since no work has

They use top quality material that lasts through all types of weather. The installers where very professional and worked very quickly even though there was lots of challenges with my yard. Terrible Customer Service. Our Neighbors wanted to use them since they had a good experience in the past but from the moment we signed the contract it was a disappointment. They lied on the time frame and was off by 5 weeks. The product is ok but should be installed with more cement to make it sturdier. After all this, we still inquired about an additional gate but have never heard back. The owner said he would come back with a spring for one of the gates and did not. This is the 3rd time I have engaged Vinyl Smart to do work in my backyard and they did a great job in installing gates.
The salesperson Roger is great and was able to give me a great price.
Once we gave them the OK to do the job, they were able to schedule it for the very next day. The guys who came to do the job did an excellent job.

I got the best service overall high quality work as well as product, the friendly employees were more than respectful and caring with an eye for details, that said a lot about the high quality service they provide to their customers, it felt good to get that kind of work for the money we put in to our home.
