Our access control solution (think "access control system kit") combines physical Bluetooth access control readers, cloud-based access control management software, and smartphone apps for users. They force you to use the app to upload usage logs.
The app hardly functions 90% of the time, and takes way to long to actually unlock a door.
If you strictly use the FOB, the app stops working due to large usage logs.
Unlock buttons within the app are disabled and enabled seemingly at random (I'm sure this has something to do with the "automatic" refresh - IE it does a scan, finds 3 doors, does another scan, finds 1 new door and doesn't detect 2 of the original 3, rinse and repeat)
If you are looking for a product to give you ACL within a building, this is *NOT* it. Maybe if you strictly use

We installed a Vizpin reader on our office front door over a year ago. The installation took 10 minutes and was very simple. The system works great. Now I don't have to carry a set of additional office keys to enter, as I always have my phone with me. When an employee quits or gets terminated it takes 1 minute to log on and lock them out of the building.

Vizpin support after we installed the system has been outstanding. Any time I had a question or problem with the management of keys or using the website I received quick, helpful and knowledgeable response. I went a bit out on a limb to purchase Vizpin for our HOA poolhouse and the support has made me feel that we bought the right system.

I'm a business owner, also a customer that uses a lot of security solutions. This is the worst one I've ever used. As a customer, I've used their Android app for about 4 months (maybe two or three times per week). First of all, it was super painful to setup. Should not be that difficult. Trying to use this, I find that it takes about 10-15 seconds for it to figure out whether to let me in when I use the app...way too long. Then the worst part comes. I feel like I'm pulling the arm on a slot machine. *Most* of the time it then lets me in, however, about 3 or 4 times over the past 4 months it won

Great solution for access control. This system is so easy to use and program. My customers never have any trouble. It just works. This is also very straight forward to install. I have installed these systems on many gyms. This gives the ability to have 24 hour access and not have to staff the gym. This is a cost savings over having to pay an employee to sit there all day. Covid 19 has hurt many gym membership totals. This has allowed them to stay in business until things get better.

My wife and I are starting a small gym that will not be staffed and therefore were looking for a system for members to enter. We purchased the system including extra FOBS and the required one year membership.… Our first issue was that we couldn’t get anyone to install the system. We reached out to vizpin and they did find a security company that would install it. After installing the system it worked for 1 day before malfunctioning. When we spoke with their support it was recommended that the hardware be left to discharge overnight so it could be reset. We tried this and the system
