Established in 2009, originally a landscape company, Real Help, LLC was founded by co-owners Joshua Broad and Jonathan Herod. When creating their company, both Josh and Jon wanted to have a recognizable name that was easily distinguished. The name Real Help came about during a conversation amongst Josh and Jon.
They both decided that above all, they wanted to ensure they fully delivered to their clients and truly helped them. From this point forward, the company Real Help was born. Between mowing lawns and installing hardscapes, Josh and Jon decided adding even more beauty to Buffalo's earth by beginning to install concrete.

We had a large stamped concrete patio with sidewalks around our home and to our front step added by real help. We had several companies out for estimates and chose real help due to their responsiveness, pricing, and professionalism. They did work on my father and brothers homes as well and we were impressed with their work on each job. Would recommend!!

Real Help is a first class operation. Their follow up and customer service was excellent and their quality of work and commitment to an excellent final product was top notch. They performed a massive project for us including new sidewalk, a 4 bay 1200sq ft garage floor, two stamped concrete patios, and a pool installation. They coordinated with the pool contractors and our general contractor who was building the garage and covered patio area. There were a lot of moving pieces to coordinating this project, as well as different concrete solutions. We had stained and sealed stamped concrete on the

We highly recommend Josh and Real Help!! They were wonderful to work with and really helped us with custom design ideas for our two-tier patio and pool deck. Josh was creative fitting a fire pit in for us and they accommodated several other ideas we had too. It all just came together far better than we ever expected. They even meshed like clockwork with the pool company and landscape company - no down time! My husband and I made a great choice in selecting Real Help Decorative Concrete for our Firepit area. From our first contact, they were so professional, made great suggestions to help us select a design to tie in our existing patio with our pool area. Everyone associated with Real Help from digging, to installing the concrete, to final cleanup did a great job, they did everything they promised, were on time and when they were done we didn't have to do anything but enjoy our new seating area! Josh and the Real Help team did a great job installing our new patio which replaced a 30 year old wooden deck. We love it and we should have had this done years ago.
The young lady that answers their phone was always very professional, helpful and upbeat! I know we had requested the installation by a specific date since we were having a summer party. I have to commend Josh and his team, they came through for us! I'm not sure any other company would have done that!!! Our project was very small compared to some of the projects that ther company has completed and I've seen posted on Facebook. However
