Mona and the entire team were great and very responsive. They worked quickly to find an in home helper for my Great Aunt when she needed help after she returned home from the hospital. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for in home help for a loved one. Their rates were very good compared to some other providers I looked into.

This Pandemic has not been easy for anyone but healthcare workers have been hit the hardest. I never had a need for a caregiver until my Brother got very I'll and is now bedridden at a facility that is short staffed and trying to keep their patients safe and healthy. I called multiple agencies for help in finding someone to assist with my Brother's care and was surprised at how many did not even return my call but that was not the case with 1 Plus 1. They have worked tirelessly to fill the time slots we needed. I especially give 5 stars to Sheila because she took the challenge head on

1plus1 was a great solution to my in home care needs for my elderly father. They were responsive, courteous, professional, and quickly set me up with a great caregiver who had lots of experience and was very punctual and communicative throughout. We have had two caregivers to date. Both have been very professional and caring. Every client has a contact so that if there is a problem or need, you have a person who is assigned to your case and is easy to reach. We have used two other services in the last 3 years, and this is the best both for cost and caliber of caregiver . Would recommend them

I am writing this because of the caring, wonderful experience we have, as a family, with 1 Plus 1 Cares. In March I needed care for my brother who had had a stroke and needed assistance in his home. I called 3 different agencies that the Rehab and Care Facility had referred me to and left messages at 2 of them. 1 Plus 1 Cares answered the phone immediately and clearly I was able to communicate with them and fulfill the needs of my brother. I cannot recommend this agency more highly. I just do not know what I would have done without them. The skilled nursing facility my mother was being sent to from the hospital (during this COVID period, mind you) would not accept her without 24-hour sitters to keep her safe from falling. I was in a panic. Where to get someone and get someone immediately? Thankfully the hospital social worker referred me to 1 Plus 1 Cares. One quick call was all I had to make, and along with some minor electronic paperwork, a caregiver was waiting at the front door JUST AS MY MOTHER ARRIVED on the gurney.

My care advocate, JM Roldan, was almost always available, (maybe he got Sunday off, ) and was prompt, responsive and caring. I thought the prices charged were very reasonable. Unfortunately I was not able to continue home care for my husband. I recommend One Plus One wholeheartedly.

1 Plus 1 Cares and staff have been truly amazing.
My mother needed assistance for my father who has Alzheimer's and is in his late 80's. We applied for a grant a while back and quite honestly, I did not think we were going to be able to use it since we had a limited time. 1 Plus 1 sent a care taker to my mother named Nestor Zamora to bring some relief to my mother and father. He was very professional and won over my mother's trust immediately. She absolutely appreciated the help. I hope we can continue to work with 1 Plus 1 cares if given the opportunity, especially Nestor Zamora

Everyone at 1Plus1 Senior Care are very professional and courteous to work with. JM worked extremely hard and efficient to find a caregiver for my 90-year old mother who needed help 2 days a week. JM calls and emails information about each caregiver immediatley and is very caring about how each caregiver is matched to their client. My mother had both Italia and Etenesh, and they were both very caring, considerate and hard working. I really like this agency and would highly recommend them.

Our 74 year old father has had a series of 6 strokes over the last year and a half, and while none of us live in the same town as him, we somehow made it work. We eventually had to make the decision to get caregivers when the last stroke made it impossible for him to live safely at home by himself.
1 Plus 1 Senior Care was INCREDIBLE with how responsive and how helpful they were in getting us caregivers for dad. They've been very respectful of Dad's fierce independence, while making sure he's safe. We're very happy with how things are working out.

I highly recommend 1 Plus 1 for senior care. They found caregivers for my mom immediately upon request and the customer service throughout the whole process was wonderful. Kanchana was the intake person, so kind and helpful throughout the signup process. Kristine was the primary contact person from there - always polite and informative, never flustered as changes needed to be made, which was often. The helpers are kind and understanding of her various needs that need to be addressed during their visit with her. Suddenly a family member who had been hospitalized needed home care. It was during the holiday week between Christmas and New Year. I phoned 1 + 1 Senior Care -- after business hours -- and explained our urgent request. The very next morning by 9 a.m. someone appeared for the initial interview followed by the health care provider. The company was so responsive, sensitive, and truly caring that it seemed they were friends we just hadn't met yet.
If ever we need these services again, they'd be the ones I'd call in a heartbeat.
