They were willing to take before and after shots of my ducts so I knew they were really cleaned well. They vacuumed up most of the debris that fell from the vents. Price quoted while scheduling service is different from what they charge on the day of service. Was overcharged and when I called in to get a refund, was told they could not do anything because I was calling after a month (3 weeks). It was only $30 extra on a $750 cleaning service. Rep claimed they did not have notes to support my claim. Sorry it is not my problem that the scheduling party did not add notes to the appointment. Will not use them again...

They contacted me approximately an hour before they arrived to alert me they were on the way. The employees wore masks and got to work immediately upon arrival. One employee showed me how dirty the furnace filter was and told me to purchase a new one and they installed the new filter. They were done in 30 minutes. One employee gave me tips on how to clean the vent covers since the covers were dirty. Extremely professional and courteous. Fair price for duct and dryer vent cleaning.

Advanced Aardvark was very professional and did an amazing job. I can smell the difference in my house. They cleaned up after themselves. They also helped me with an issue I was having that had nothing to do with my vents being cleaned. A+ all around, will definitely use the again and have already recommended them to family and friends.

I bought a house that was really dirty. The air was musty dusty. I found this business through Home Advisor. They came on time and got to work. They scrubbed out vents that had probably never been cleaned. All the layers of pet hair and everything else was attacked by the two wonderful men who came to help me. This was a month ago and the house still has a definite freshness and I know it's clean in those vents. This is an honest and fair business to use. They do excellent work for a fair price. I am recommending them to friends and family...and to you.
