Timothy Palmer moved to San Diego following his passion for beauty, health and wellness. After receiving both his Esthetics and Massage Therapy license, Timothy opened Palmer Skin in the heart of Hillcrest near downtown San Diego. Visited Palmer skin a few days ago and it's a great little gem. The girl at the front desk was kind and informative the waiting area is relaxing and cozy. I went in to see my girl Rose for Botox. If you haven't seen her and you're in need of injectables you must give Rose a try. I promise you will never go to anyone else. She is amazing.

I just want to start off by saying this place is AMAZING!!! Lizzy SAVED my skin. I was suffering from an allergic reaction for a product and months of using a face wash that was destroying my sensitive skin. I went and had a hydrofacial from Lizzy and she is so amazing. I went from red and painful skin from a rosacea flair up to happy/glowing and moisturized skin. It's my third day since and I literally feel like years have been taken off. All my friends and boyfriend have complimented my skin, I haven't even needed to wear any makeup. Lizzy was so kind and informative. I could not give

Very professional, fast service and friendly and I live close by. Easy to make an appointment and also price for waxing was better then places I been to before and they always want me to get a package which is more money I was not pressured to get a package which was nice and off course I will be back when I feel the need to got waxing

Thank you for accommodating me last minute. I was so happy that they can schedule me last minute since I happen to be in the area. The front desk lady is extremely friendly. There are no push on products or additional services. They are one of the few spas having the LightStim bed in San Diego. I can't wait to go back for another relaxing, rejuvenating session.

The office is very nice and clean, Kayleigh was very professional and did a great job for both my wife and I for the services that we had done. Appointments are very quick, know what you are getting according to their 'menu' to avoid any misunderstandings. Great experience, would use again for sure.

Palmer Skin is the address for hair removal treatments in San Diego. A consummate professional with many years of experience this is a studio with aplomb and terrific preparation. I did the 'baseball' hair removal for the first time with no aftereffects whatsoever: They understood exactly how to conduct the procedure with minimal pain and ensuring the recovery was quick and inconsequential. A wonderful resource in San Diego; I wish they could be everywhere.

It was late in life that I first had some waxing and extra attention to my face but now I realize that it is so important to look your best. Many of us have no problem spending money on clothes or other things but making yourself look young and healthy, we put off.
Well since I started to go to Palmer Skin, I look and feel better about myself. Tim continues to constantly do a great job and also make recommendations about new products and procedures that would benefit me.
