Had Jamie come out to my house to do an appraisal recently. He was quick to respond back to my inquiry and his availability allowed him to come out to my home within 2 days of me contacting him and his valuation was fair and close to what i assumed my home was valued so in all i would definitely recommend him for these services.

I've used many appraisal services is the past and finally have found one that works with integrity. The service was scheduled with Lakeway Appraisal and I found the appraiser to be extremely professional, being thorough as well as friendly and willing to answer my questions with clarity. My report was done when I was told it would be (unlike the companies I have used in the past). With my past experience in Real Estate, I found that they were not only timely on their response but accurate. Obviously they did their research to come up with an accurate appraisal amount. I found Jamie Herr to be very professional, detailed and responsive. Not only was he accessible but responded quickly to my inquiry, did some preliminary research to verify my home appraisal assumption and provided a detailed appraisal at a fair price. I used this final appraisal to contest the city tax value of our property.
By winning the disagreement on the property tax values, I would estimate that we saved about $2,400 over 5 years in excess taxes.
