Max was awesome, my computer stopped working and i called a few people bbefore him, they all wanted 49, 79, 89 whatever for a diagnostic. Not only did he not charge for a diagnostic, but I told max my problem and he said "thats either motherboard or power supply most likely, but wont know for sure until we open it up" sure enough, he was spot on, and he gave me a very fair price to get it all fixed. on top of all that, when i texted him about updates, he gave them promply and didnt leave me hanging. Couldnt recommend him more

Max's IT Services Florida is based out of the Tampa area. I contacted them to see about getting two new smart TVs placed in our motorhome to replace two older TVs.
Max sent James all the from Tampa area to Winter Park where I had the motorhome at my home.
James arrived around 2pm and worked on the job for several hours on the removal and replacement of the new tvs. He got everything up and working properly.
James was quite diligent and very professional with his work. Not only is he hard working but also very friendly and intelligent. I highly recommend his service and expertise with IT

So, my cat had dropped my laptop a few times, causing it to have this funny error and have a hard time reading my hard drive. Max was able to send out a technician to me in Plant City, and they came amazingly fast! I apologize as I forgot to ask his name, but he did a very good job and was able to hold a pleasant conversation all while looking at my laptop. He checked some things, put it back together and slowly, it started properly again! I plan on possibly upgrading later just to make it easier on my laptop in the future, and the price of it all was very decent! Very happy with the services I
