Our kitchen drain was completely clogged. I first called a plumber from a different company we'd worked with in the past, but he wasn't available, so I called Easy Flow, which was able to help the same day. I scheduled with Brooke, who was amazing. Alex, the technician, arrived within the expected time window. He used a drain snake and thoroughly fixed the problem within a half-hour. On a Friday night, I noticed water coming out of a pipe out the side of our house. What in the world? I called so many plumbers, and my husband called this one. They came out on a Friday night, the time they said they would and got the job done. I had a knowledgeable and friendly technician. We found roots in the sewer line and we will be going with them to do the work. I highly recommend.

I called five different plumbers in our area about getting our main sewer pipe cleaned and lined.
Bill was the ONLY one who responded.
He was here the SAME DAY and gave us an estimate ON THE SPOT.
His crew was here on time the day we were ready for them.
They lined the path from our front door to the back bathroom with a sturdy covering, cleaned the entire sewer pipe, lined it from the septic to the front bath cleanout, poured the concrete and smoothed it nice and level, then cleaned everything up with a broom and a vacuum, leaving my house as clean as it was when they walked in.

I've used Easy Flow 2 times and both times have been exceptional service. Very fast, detailed and friendly service. The price was not over the the top. The first time they unclogged our drain and the second time they fixed a leak under my kitchen sink, such good customer!! I will definitely be making Easy Flow our plumbing service of choice!

Called Easy Flow and spoke with Bill to schedule an appointment to clear a root blockage in the main. Technician Bernardo showed up on time, courteous and professional, and promptly cleared the blockage with his equipment. He ran a scope down the main to show that the root blockage was completely gone! I highly recommend Easy Flow for any plumbing issues. Will definitly call them again for any future plumbing issues!

No job too big or too small! They showed up, did the work, cleaned up and were gone! I wouldn't have even known they were there if the work hadn't been completed.....when does that ever happen? I would definitely recommend them as they were so considerate, easy to talk with, quick, timely, professional, friendly and above all competent!

Not sure if this is a dishonest business or they just have incompetent people. My wife called them for a clogged drain of a rental property and they scheduled to unclogged the drain between 8-9 am. They did show up; however, they claimed that they cannot clean the main drain through the roof vent and suggested to dig to the main drain pipe in the front yard for $2000-$2500 . We found a local plumbing company which did the main drain cleaning for $170 through the roof vent. Not sure why they try to turn a very small and simple task to a major unneccesary overhaul project of a whole sweage system

Called Easy Flow on Saturday noon since my main sewer line that was over 60yrs old cracked in multiple places. Mark came right over for an estimate w/in couple hours, his price was more than half the cost of re-piping. They came over first thing Monday morning and got it all fixed without having to replace any pipes or dig up and dirt below my house.
Highly recommend their service, workers were great, finished in one day and cleaned up after they left! Easy Flow got me out of a huge jam, can't say enough good things about their service, 5 stars!

When i first bought my house the previous owner had a part of the sewer line leak and replaced just that portion of it. So i knew that the rest of the sewer line was just an accident waiting to happen. Cast iron pipes are expected to last between 50 - 100 years, with my home being 60 years old i knew i had to bite the bullet some time.
I called Mark and he explained the process of lining the main line thru the clean outs. He also gave me an option for replacing the lines from the bathroom and kitchen which would involve digging up the floor in one of the bathrooms.
