On 3/5 I had another battery issue (dead again) so I called to see f I could have someone come out to take a look. No one answered but someone from #402-677-5206 started texting me asking me if I needed road side assistance or a mechanic. I responded that I needed my battery looked at bc it had already had a jump start by on of their mechanics the week before. He asked what kind of car, who the mechanic was that came out etc, then I assumed he was looking into bringing out a battery. We had great help with this company. Jerry was very polite on the phone, positive and encouraging. Once he arrived at the site where we were stuck, in a ditch, in rural Sarpy County, I had all confidence that I and my daughter's car were in very capable hands. Like the concept of them coming to you to rescue you. Save a lot of time if you have ever had to wait for a tow than you will understand and know about the killer wait times.
Upon calling I was quickly dispatched a mechanic to my location, as I was broken down in a retail location with a dead battery.
Mechanic Zach Cardisco was fast, thoroughly explained everything that was going on, was detailed oriented and did good work. He also hand threaded my lug nuts back on to my studs unlike many places nowadays that just throw them into the socket and then tighten them down with the impact wrench

I hired this company to do a repair for me. When I talked to zeb on the phone he said he would do the job for me. But a few minutes later another man named Jason Lourenco called me and booked the job with me. Jason came out and did the job, I paid him and he left. It was the next day that I realized that he had done a very poor quality work and contacted him. He agreed that the work was sub par and would like to re do the work. What a tremendous concept, having a mechanic come to you! my experience was all that you hoped it would be. my older car wouldn't start and I thought it might be a starter or an alternator. I called the mobile mechanic number spoke to Jason who explained how the process worked. He came out while it was snowing, examine my car, gave me a diagnosis and price for his work and then we set out for the auto parts store. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! My Father In-Law was in town and had a fuel pump go bad on his Ford truck. Found these guys on google and the reviews are spot on!
First of all, it was a Sunday and upon our call Jason dropped what he was doin and met us in a FREEZING COLD Jimmy Johns parking lot. Once we diagnosed the problem and realized Jason was going to have to drop the fuel tank right there in the parking lot and replace the fuel pump, Jason was ready to go! He went to the part store with us helped us get the part then went to work.

Drove out to me within minutes on a freezing cold night when I got a flat and had no clue how to handle it. Very friendly, know his business, super professional. Jason could tell I was entirely clueless and explained every step he was taking to put on the spare, and WHY he was doing what he did, so I would have a fighting chance changing it next time around. My wife and I were in the process of moving to Chicago from Los Angeles. We were having a great time until our car refused to start this morning in 0 degree weather. AAA took their time getting to us and it was 5 pm before they finally had it in Zach's garage for repairs. Our car needed to be towed home after breaking down on a Saturday evening. Not wanting to have to have it towed to a shop on Monday, we thought we would look online for a mobile mechanic the next day. We were happily surprised to find out that this business is open Sundays, and he even let us schedule an appointment.
Zach, the mechanic, was 15 minutes early, very professional, and very knowledgeable. An hour later (not counting his brief trip to the parts store) our car was running again, and the total was less than we expected.

Truthfully, I simply do not have the time or energy to schedule a time to drop my van off to be repaired. The hassle of dropping off, having a family member pick-up (or worse having to sit and wait when it always seems to take SO much longer than expected) then drop me back off when the job is complete...its such a nightmare. I used Zach to inspect a vehicle that I was purchasing from an out of state Toyota dealership. He picked the vehicle up, put it on the racks and provided a thorough inspection from under the hood and to the bumpers and identified things with pictures and descriptions of the good and the bad.
