It's been about 1.5 years since I got my first pair of hearing aids. I must tell you that the follow up care at Sound Choice is absolutely wonderful! I would have given up on hearing aids way back, except for the many adjustments that have been provided to me. Appointments are easy to make and the staff is very accommodating and gracious. I'm supplied with endless readjustments and supplies for a happier, healthier hearing experience.

Sent an email on a Sunday and received a reply from Damian that same day as well as scheduled my appointment.
Chrissy is extremely knowledgeable and explains every step of the process from the testing, what it means and what device is right for you. This was an easy process and I can highly recommend Sound Choice.

Highest recommendation of Sound Choice Hearing. Christy fitted and programmed my devices. She was 100% accurate in her diagnosis and in programming my new hearing aids to improve my hearing so that I could continue to function in a direct sales environment. I have had significant industry caused hearing loss for 30 years, and basically went in to Sound Choice out of desperation. First off THANK YOU SO MUCH SOUND CHOICE!!!! I have been struggling with my hearing for years now. I came in and had a wonderful experience. Chrissy was very informative and kind to me, we found the hear aids that work for my life style and a price that I could afford! They practiced great COVID safety practices keeping the minimum distance of 6 ft and offer hand sanitizer, as well as having a limited amount of people inside the building with you.
