I've known the owner Peter Stiles for at least 20 years. He is an honest and down to earth guy who cares about neighborhoods, family, and community. He's an authority on the city and its neighborhoods. As my family has been thinking of relocating he has been invaluable in showing us the town -- not just houses, but schools, coffee shop, taco joints.... the things that really help locate your new home within a community. We've been visiting Austin for a while as we consider moving, and even though we aren't fully committed to a move yet, he never rushes us or makes me feel like
