We started in the mid 1990's as a landscape installation company. Our primary customers were driven by the housing boom happening at that time. Working for builders, homeowners, and remodel contractors gave us a great deal of appreciation of the costs of investments in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.
In the late 1990's, we began moving into foundation excavations, including installing site drainage, connecting our clients to sewer and water services located under streets and sidewalks. Proper drainage and backfill and the problems associated with low priority given to these foundational issues in construction, made quite an impression on us of the need for quality and integrity in our work-even though it might rarely be seen.

Thorough underground pipe cleaning using the latest powerful rotary tools. These tools are capable of cleaning concrete from a pipe if necessary. Bore under retaining walls, concrete, asphalt, etc, up to 100 feet using radio steered tools for installation of pipe, conduit, etc. Is there water leaking on your floor?
Our technology measures the rate of water leakage anywhere in the pipe with pinpoint precision. Underground pipes need to hold water in order to carry effluent. As pipes age and disintegrate, water flows out of the bottom of the pipe and the joints. The soil under the pipe can become soft and sink, causing even more problems on the surface - or completely collapse without warning.

A friend referred me to The Pipe Guys, I am glad she did. Those guys were responsive and quick, they were willing to look at the side sewer inspection documentation from another source and provide a rough estimate at no charge. They provided a tough but honest assessment of how soon the sewer should be replaced which is basically what I needed to hear. Not only that he educated me on various possibilities from the best to worst case scenario and the type of pipe I am dealing with. Dan will be getting my business in the near future.

After having a sewer back up and was told we needed to replace or line our sewer line. I had met with several companies and at first didn't have Pipe Guys come out because they do charge to do a site inspection. But after getting several very high bids we decided to have Pipe Guys come out and give us a bid. Dan from Pipe Guys came out and was very knowledgeable and apologized for all the issue and different stories we got from all the other contractor who had given us bids.

Let me start by saying i was near hopelessness when i was referred to Dan at The Pipe Guys.
I have been looking for my pvc water main for nearly a year with no results. I have hired excavators, leak finders, and the plumbers equivalent to a shaman to find this main. I found the neighborhood main, and two of my neighbors but never mine. I dug several 4-5' deep holes myself, bough witching sticks and took matters into my own hands with no results.
When i contacted Dan, he was upfront about the cost and requirements for his ground penetrating RADAR to work. Despite being across the sound

After meeting the owners of this company(several times) my husband and I know that before we sell our house or when we get ready to purchase another one we are calling them. We highly recommend Dan and his team from Pipe Guys. We had them come out to our 103 year old home for a second opinion when our original clay sewer lines were clogged with roots causing water to back up into the toilets. We were given top notch service and an honest estimate of the work that needed to be done on the external sewer lines.
Pipe guys took care of all of the city permitting and inspections which was a huge relief not to have to take time off of work to deal with. Who has time or patience to hassle with city issues?

WOW! SCAMMED?!!
We're usually pretty cautious about who we have do work on our place. But in a pinch we decided to call these guys to figure out what was going on with our 80+ year old pipes. Symptom was that when we used the kitchen sink or 1st floor bathroom the water ended up in our basement (yes, was as bad as it sounded!). So we needed someone fast!
We called these guys because they said they specialize in pipe visualization. There were no reviews on Yelp for Pipe Guys, but we decided to take a chance. Little did we know that we were paying for someone $200 to do a sales pitch
