My customer asked us to replace their HVAC. The only problem was their outside unit was on the roof of their building. We called VA Crane Rental Inc. and within minutes, we easily worked through scheduling and pricing. A few days later when installation day came, our crane operator showed up on time. I was in a bad situation where a delivery driver left five pallets of heavy construction materials in the wrong spot in front of my house, which was preventing a street paving crew from milling and repaving the street in front of my house. After repeated calls over two days to the original delivery service went unanswered, I called VA Crane Rental. Their crew was at my house with a forklift within an hour and was able to move the pallets out of the street in the nick of time. VA crane was able to schedule a crane the next day after I called, and did an excellent job assisting with a complex sculpture installation involving a 3 ton granite block. They were able to solve problems created by the delivery company bringing the granite block down a hill and lifting it into place, which saved the day.
