5 stars for food, 5 stars for service, 5 stars for ambiance! We had a great dinner here the other night after spending the day hiking. We had a delicious chopped salad (why don’t salads I make at home taste that good?) and pasta that was cooked perfectly al dente. The sauces were wonderfully flavorful without being overly salty like some restaurants. I would 100% go back next time I’m in the area- loved this place! Wish I lived closer as it felt like a perfect cozy date night spot.

Having read previous great reviews, I'm going to give this reastaurant the benefit of the doubt and just think of my experience as simply being a bad day for the chef and the kitchen. Restaurants on this part of the Catskills have had a busier than normal for the last 18 months so fatigue might be acceptable. That said, I sense they have thrown in the towel post-Labor Day. Too many items on the menu were unavailable. The bread served was sub-par and the smallest portion I've ever had in an Italian restaurant. Both entrees were pretty terrible. If you're in the Margaretville area, you should eat here. The food is good, and the atmosphere is awesome. All the staff are great, and you feel like you're at home

The food is all very fresh and delicious. Pasta, soups, dressings - everything homemade! Orechiette with broccoli rabe and Italian sausage was my fave.

Me and my boyfriend came here for dinner and it was amazing. We sat outside on the back deck which was relaxing and has beautiful greenery below it. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, we were also greeted by the owner/chef.
They offer gluten free pasta which is perfect for those with celiac like myself; i ordered that with an arrabbiata sauce, eggplant and mozzarella. Everything about it went so well together.
My boyfriend ordered the pizza and meatballs. He said both were delicious and even declared the meatballs to be the “best” he’s ever had!

Due to COVID, we only got takeout. Very tasty food, every dish of the 4 we got for our family was excellent. The only complaint I can make, and it is just so I can say something, was the standard salad (with good ingredients) was a bit spicy: I think it was the dressing; it was OK to eat, but spicy salad was not what I was looking for by default.

We decided to stop by this place on a spur of the moment trip. Wow we are so glad that we did. The food was amazing , the price was great and the service from Brittany was impeccable. My husband got the salmon and I had the orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe. I don’t eat fish but tried my husbands salmon and if it all tastes like that I’ll start eating it lol. My dish was phenomenal. We had a great raspberry torte for dessert which was light and refreshing. We make take this trip again just to eat here.

We picked up takeout from here on recommendation from the staff of the Roxbury Motel, and they did not steer us wrong. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful and of ample portion. Hopefully we can come back and dine in, so we can experience the full dining experience at this quaint and wonderful little gem in the Catskills. We will be back!

This is an incredibly cozy restaurant we stopped by while visiting friends in the cat skills. We had lunch here and the food was amazing, not what you would expect from a small town restaurant. I had the sauteed eggplant and smoked trout mascarpone spread crostini which was delicious! The eggplant is especially great! Main course was Linguine Con Gamberi - so flavorful, with just the right amount of kick to it. This chef knows what he is doing! My wife is gluten free and was very excited that they had lots of gluten free options. She had the Rigatoni Alla Norma pasta and I had to dig into her meal
