But I think the most accurate answer has to do with how I pay my employees: Most duct cleaners pay their technicians a commission based on a percentage of the revenue produced per appointment.

Technicians who don't like to nickel and dime people with fees are forced to rush their labor and fit as many jobs onto their schedule as possible, completing up to eight or nine duct cleaning appointments per day.

Services
We scour every inch of your ducts a MINIMUM of 3 times using a combination of rubber brushes and compressed air. The components of your furnace are cleaned and inspected at no additional charge. Your furnace handles all the air for your home and moving parts get dirty. This is why we include the cleaning of the furnace in our duct cleaning process at no additional charge.
It takes more time to clean dirtier ducts. We leave enough time in our schedule to work on your project until your ducts are as clean as possible. No cutting corners because we need to get to the next appointment. Our goal is to leave your home as clean or cleaner when when we leave than when we arrived.
If you have any concerns at all after we leave-just contact us and we will take care of it for you. We guarantee all of the work we do for 90 days. We clean your entire HVAC system with one appointment because it just makes sense to get it all done at once. Why clean your ducts if your furnace is still dirty?

We had Cody out to clean our ducts and vents and he did an awesome job! Courteous, professional, and he took the time to explain and show me exactly *how* overdue our cleaning was! He did a great job cleaning up afterwards, and sent us videos and pictures for our records as well.
Afterward, when we noticed a rattle coming from a duct that wasn’t there before, Reed came out and was able to adjust/correct what was causing it, taking care of the one thing that wasn’t ideal, but wasn’t unexpected with a heavy duty duct cleaning.

This company and everyone that I interacted with was fabulous!! And they did an amazing job cleaning my ducts! Communication was excellent as I had to reschedule fairly close to my appointment and they were really understanding and nice about it. The guy who came out to clean was on time, super friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up. He showed me before and after photos and videos which left me speechless. He was here for almost four hours. I chose this company because of the rave reviews online and I 100% agree!
